Our Late Arrival Policy

At Elemental Body Therapies, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for all of our clients.  To ensure that every appointment is given the full attention and time it deserves, we have implemented the following late arrival policy:

• Appointments will conclude at the scheduled time.  If you arrive late, the appointment will end at the originally booked time, and the full session fee will still apply.
• Arrivals past the halfway mark of the appointment.  If you arrive more than halfway through the scheduled appointment time, the session may be cancelled, and full payment may be charged.

We understand that delays can happen, but we kindly ask that you arrive on time to help us maintain a smooth schedule for all of our clients.  If you expect to arrive late, please advise us as soon as possible.
